Fixed some nasty crasher bugs, UI improvements and balancing.

- Fix crash on returning to main menu during battle attack
- Fix crash when clicking RMB while loading camping
- Fix crash on entering character popup with max Armor or Barrier or Damage level
- Fix crash on trying to upgrade maxed character stat
- Implemented morale recovery for player team in camping
- Panic and Bravery effects now visible in effects bar and floating text
- Show cost of learning camping skills on Trainer
- Remove discount upgrades if no more purchases possible
